Once you've confirmed your setup, just run bash start.bash to setup and start the tesla-ver server.
Connect to it by going to 0.0.0.0:5000
Make sure that no conda environments containing tesla-ver in the name exist, and then run
bash start.bash to start the applcation, and connect to 0.0.0.0:5000
The values for time must be integers.
Currently, the Tesla-ver server is not running, but may be available as a web app in future iterations
Run bash test.bash once the server is running via bash start.bash to run and install all tests.
