LoPRTS @ V1.2 is LoPRTS being utilized on Micropython ESP32 Version 1.9.4.

This design is created to be more efficient than the previous version, eliminating the voltage regulator, using an ADC pin to monitor battery voltage, and placing itself into deep sleep after 9 seconds to ensure better battery performance.

I have included the Micropython firmware, in case Micropython no longer officially supports that version.

In this release, there is included the Micropython program, GERBER file for the PCB, BOM, and README.
