As per Apple's documentation (https://developer.apple.com/library/content/documentation/MusicAudio/Conceptual/AudioUnitProgrammingGuide/AudioUnitDevelopmentFundamentals/AudioUnitDevelopmentFundamentals.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40003278-CH7-SW1) both Audio Unit subtype and manufacturer codes can contain any characters from a-z, A-Z, 0-9, -, and _. Only the manufacturer must contain at least one upper case character.

As per Apple's documentation both Audio Unit subtype and manufacturer codes can contain any characters from a-z, A-Z, 0-9, -, and _. Only the manufacturer must
contain at least one upper case character. This PR loosens up the restrictions in HISE and allows a larger range of characters. (in hopefully the right way!)
