I used this website to get the regions/states https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#iso:code:3166:MA and this database to get citys of each region/state https://simplemaps.com/data/ma-cities ! NB : am from morocco and i can confirm this data is correct, also am using this new version on my store https://zanefashion.ma |

It seems that you forgot to add the state code here: 09
