I have not seen any updates on this one for awhile, given that the github repo is readonly I do not see any reason to not move this to archived state. Will move to vote on this in next TAC meeting. @cunninghamsandwich FYI for next meeting :) |

we should discuss it - this is kind of very powerful concept for AI data
centers. They use Ethernet, and need memory coherence across 10,000 nodes.
Let's not rush.

This PR will update the status of OmnixExtend to archived and follows the process outlined here.
The rational for archiving the project is based on the repository being set to read only in 2023. There were some initial discussions about the project coming back but we have not heard anything since June.
This topic should be discussed in the next TAC meeting @cetola
