docs: update playground

📝 Description

Add type safety to the Playground component. The changes improve type inference and validation.

Also uncommented the time-picker from the sidebar and the svelte example.

Currently, the Playground component uses any types for component props

🚀 New behavior

The improved Playground component now automatically infers prop types from the provided component
