In recent weeks, we had quite some tests in the CI failing due to outdated GitHub actions.

Investigate weather there is an updater for this just as DependaBot.

If so implement for V-Pipe.

  • Merged an outdated PR on smallgenome utilities. But Dependebot seems removed there. Perhaps ill-configured. Hope merging to main was ok here. Did not realize that this PR should probably have pointed to DEV for consolidation.

  • Added dependabot to sr2silo for testing. It does seem to support pip and github actions but no conda.

Will test this and report and if good add to lollipop / cojac / covfit / V-Pipe.
