Detailed description

Describe in detail the issue you're having.

When I use a Carbon <DataTable> I am able to pass a prop useZebraStyles which causes the rows to render in alternating colours. When using <IdeDataTable> this prop doesn't do anything... it would be nice if it did.

What version of the @carbon/ibm-cloud-cognitive packge are you using?
