Save state (Deprecated)

How does it work ?

1.serialize all fields and send it with ajax request 2.save it as normal organization with status = 4 with the creator id
3.in case user wants to create new organization 1.check user saved organizations vs types of organizations requested 2.if there's a match redirect to edit with organization id
3.if therr's no match open new organization form for the requested type

How does it show up?

1. for admin listing pages (atcs /atps /distributors /resellers) saved state organizations appears with warning hover
2. for myorganizations page it appears with red warning hover
