Development update and security fixes

• Fixes security issue in a golang dependency
• Makefile's make install target
• Adds testing manifests

First full-featured release

Sorting options and other general fixes have been pushed and tested 👍

First stable version

Consider this a WIP but at least it works as it should already, only sorting is actually pending.
