New Kubi cli with token rotation and kube config update

This realease add subcommand for kubi-cli:

kubi token ...
kubi token ... --update
kubi config: now if kube config exists we update config instead of recreate all config
kubi explain: show token details and validity
kubi explain <another_token> : show details for another token
