[RAILS] The Chance app backend API. The backend leverages the power of Rails to seed a database consisting of over 7k+ charity records from an imported JSON file (scraped from CharityNavigator API). The rails backend uses RESTful routing to deliver the data to the frontend ReactJS app to grant users access to all charity information.
