Needs better documentation

I am not caring about really pushing this any further. I'll document it a bit better but there probably won't be major code changes.

Under 6 seconds, needs more testing

I got it to run in under 6 seconds on about 2000 games. I think I could make it a bit faster, but the ROI is getting pretty bad now. I'll clean up a few more things, merge this, and then release as .9.
