• Clean up vendor (Drop fstab, compatibility_matrix and some media codecs xml as they are at device tree)
• Set correct max res for MTK AVC VIDEO ENCODER
• Set correct HEVC 1280 x 720 range
• Set correct Google H265 1920x1080 range
• Align media_profiles with Stock one
