fscan魔改（持续新增rules，poc）
fscan原地址：https://github.com/shadow1ng/fscan
在hvv中fscan使用的频率越来越高
但是不免发现其中的poc（362个），weak pass，rules相对目前来说不是很全面
特此搜集目前的poc，对fscan进行重打包
