In the last release (v4.0.0), we bumped the minimum required netaddr version to be >=0.10.1. However, since netaddr>=0.10.1 is not yet available in many sources other than PyPI, we have temporarily added a fallback method to support the ipaddr filter with older netaddr versions with this release.
