might be useful to allow exploration of gain/loss of glycosilation

The full model here would be to cover / uncover epitope sites with glycosilation, but probably better to first directly visualize gain/loss of glycosilation sites.

Leaving open. Seems like this should work exactly like any other arbitrary coloring. Count glycosilation gain/loss from root.
