How to use this repo

1. load python modules via before running any program: module load anaconda3/5.2

1.5) Install by executing ./setup.py develop --user

2. Scripts in ./scripts should be executable and displays a helptext explaining the arguments when run with -h. Example: ./toflive.py -h

Analysis notebooks

Sample jupyter notebooks are included in this repo.

Before pushing to the repo, clear the notebooks of any output.
