What?

  • Dockerize bws
  • Organize our npm docker scripts more based on @kajoseph 's feedback here which merged before I could incorporate

Out of scope for this PR, but when running the container I get: 🤔

bitcore/packages/bitcore-lib/lib/encoding/base58check.js:57

    throw new Error("Checksum mismatch");

          ^
