Rebuild ms2rescore to pick up the latest DeepLC fix

DeepLC recently patched some edge cases (CompOmics/DeepLC#93).

Instructions for avoiding API, ABI, and CLI breakage issues

Conda is able to record and lock (a.k.a. pin) dependency versions used at build time of other recipes.
This way, one can avoid that expectations of a downstream recipe with regards to API, ABI, or CLI are violated by later changes in the recipe.
If not already present in the meta.yaml, make sure to specify run_exports (see here for the rationale and comprehensive explanation).
Add a run_exports section like this:

Are we talking about fixes to "deeplcretrainer"? Its a noatch package and deeplcretrainer is a dependency. So if you create a new environment or update your current environment, you should get the fixes without rebuilding this package.

The fix was in DeepLC, not deeplcretrainer. I opened this PR to trigger a new build so that the ms2rescore container on quay.io is rebuilt and picks up the updated DeepLC.

@bgruening Is there another way to trigger the quay.io container rebuild to pick up the updated DeepLC version, or is opening a PR the usual approach? I assumed this was the standard way, but just wanted to check.
