Description

This PR adds a new Bioconda recipe for CDST (CoDing Sequence Typer), version v0.2.0.

CDST is a decentralized, MD5-hash–based pipeline for bacterial genome typing and clustering.
It bypasses allele annotation and central databases, computes pairwise distances directly from predicted coding sequences,
and supports multi-scale clustering for outbreak, lineage, and population-level analysis.

  • Tested environment: Python 3.12, Biopython 1.85, pandas 2.2.2, SciPy 1.13.1, scikit-learn 1.5.1, networkx 3.3, matplotlib 3.9, joblib 1.4
  • Build type: noarch: python
