Test data to be used for automated testing with the nf-core pipeline quantms (https://github.com/nf-core/quantms)

Content of this repository

• testdata, contains all inputs needed for the basic CI tests of quantms for every pull request.

• testdata-aws, contains data sets for full tests done at every release. It should show all/most capabilities of quantms and have a rich output to be displayed on the nf-core quantms page.
