- add D3 js dependency to build geo dataviz
- package with importmap
- add map controller using Stimulus
- add geojson public data file to inflate map
- display french metropole and have ability to inject table data into visualization
- add separate quadrants for dom-toms with each a separate geojson but handled similarly
- reuse Stat library query to display metrics
