I am the Founder of CatalystNeuro, a reserach software engineering consulting company that facilitates collaboration in neuroscience. I have been fortunate to find a team of like-minded neuroscientists and software developers, and together we are contributing to neuroscience from outside of the standard academic path. All of our code is open source and can be found on our GitHub page.
Aside from the work I do at CatalystNeuro, some of my favorite projects are:
- brokenaxes, a package for creating discontinuous plots in matplotlib.
- tenseflow, a package for converting the tense of any text (not to be confused with tensorflow 😋 ).
