- Mime-type should not be converted to lower cases

To use the setup/teardown_suite, a setup_suite.bats needs to be created. However, the bats' suite feature is (seems) not based on the directory. To run the tests now: bats test/bats/wayland bats test/bats/x They cannot run in one call since bats doesn't know the setup_suite is only for x.
