Hi, this PR updates the astro-eslint-parser to the stable version v1.0.2.

Additional context

I was trying to use my astro config eslint with eslint-plugin-perfectionist but the package manager is complaining about the missing peer dependency version of [email protected] since I was trying to use the v1.0.2

Hi @azat-io, i'm sorry i didn't notice that the project was using pnpm v8. Fixed now
