Finally I am able to make it work FATFS SD Card read/write with freeRTOS.
Hardware:-
STM32F4-Discovery board with STM32F407VG.
MicroSD Card reader.
FAT32 formatted SD Card.
Keil or IAR.
avaan/STM32F407VG-freeRTOS-FATFS-SDIO-SD-CARD
