Found OpenSSL: optimized;C:/OpenSSL-Win64/lib/VC/libeay32MD.lib;debug;C:/OpenSSL-Win64/lib/VC/libeay32MDd.lib (found version "1.0.2u")

@arvidn Why does AppVeyor choose OpenSSL 1.0.2u instead of latest available 1.1.1 version on image?, same happens with RC_1_2 Branch........

EDIT:
Perhaps we should set a version = OPENSSL_VER: "1.1.1" / path = PATH: c:\OpenSSL-v111-Win64\bin;%PATH% or root dir = OPENSSL_ROOT_DIR: c:\OpenSSL-v111-Win64?
