Small patch to avoid issues with the depth mask generation, high
--normalisevalues lead to issues when the depth mask is created later usingpysam.pileupfor now an arbitrarily high value of the max_depth parameter fixes the issue but long term a refactor for this functionality will be necessary (#156)
