How Classic?

This project arose out of my annoyance with the local classic rock station. I couldn't figure out why I was annoyed so by it,
since I normally like classic rock. I decided that maybe the playlist didn't vary much from night to night. This is my
attempt to find out.

It runs with a SQLite3 backend, which lives in db/top40.db
