Read the Pull Request Guidelines for more information.

@potiuk could you add a link in the description on what the next gen parser is about?

Thats now the default implementation to parse and execute the .asf.yaml file, see https://github.com/apache/infrastructure-asfyaml for a description of features.

There was a small hickup when switching to the new parser which made it necessary to revert to the old one for some time, but that should be resolved now.
