Abcdspec-compliant Run on Brainlife.io

app-probabilistic-endpoint-atlas

This app takes binarized rois (tract endpoints) and computes a probabilistic atlas normalized across subjects.

Input:

  • subject pool of binarized rois

output:

  • probabilistic (0-1) mask of input rois
