# Code of Conduct

As contributors and maintainers of the Student Management System (SMS) project, we pledge to create a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone involved. We value the contributions of all individuals and want to provide a positive experience for our community members.

## Our Standards

We encourage all contributors, regardless of background or experience, to follow these principles in all interactions within the project's community:

- **Be Kind and Respectful**: Treat others with kindness and respect, both in your words and actions.
- **Inclusive and Welcoming**: Embrace diversity and welcome individuals from all backgrounds and identities.
- **Open-Mindedness**: Listen to others' perspectives and be open to different viewpoints and ideas.
- **Constructive Communication**: Offer constructive feedback and engage in discussions in a courteous manner.
- **Unacceptable Behavior**: Harassment, discrimination, and any form of disrespectful behavior are not tolerated.

## Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all project-related spaces, including GitHub discussions, issues, pull requests, and events associated with the project.

## Enforcement

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by contacting the project team at [[email protected]]. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken.

## Attribution

This Code of Conduct is adapted from the [Contributor Covenant](https://www.contributor-covenant.org/version/2/0/code_of_conduct/), version 2.0.

## License

This Code of Conduct is distributed under a [Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/). You are encouraged to adapt and use it for your own project.

We expect all contributors to adhere to this Code of Conduct and create a positive and inclusive environment for the SMS project's community.
