Make the draw view redirect to a new template - "flot-chart.html"
A Django template that outputs Flot Charts.
Modify the aggregation codes to fit flot's scheme.
It handles the custom CSS styles for the index page

Modifications include necessary addition of the data agrregation code in data.py, fixing link in index.html, and adding support for multi-series charts in flot-chat.html. Also added comments to the index file
Also fixes mistakes in the data aggregation codes for logarithmic charts.
