This pull request includes two commits. The first commit improves the error handling for the setParameter command in the Leader class. It catches any errors that occur when running the command on the MongoDB server and logs an error message. The second commit updates ESLint to version 9.9.0. This update includes bug fixes and improvements to the ESLint tool.
