New map india2019 added to reflect India's latest regional re-organization.
New map worldChina* added.
A set of Canada county maps in region/canada.
New data JSON files added data/countries2.js and json/data/countries2.json that contain a lot of information about each country, including which maps correspond country code and related continent.
Supplemental country data files are now in data folder and are available in two flavors: as a JS module (creating global variable e.g. am4geodata_data_countries) and as pure JSON.
