There have been a couple of test failures of late resulting from changes to dependencies. Since we're not running the tests regularly enough due to bursty development efforts it would be handy to run the tests on a regular basis so we can get a jump on fixing bugs.
Here I've added a cron schedule to run the tests on GitHub actions once a week which should be enough to give us some forewarning but not so frequent that it breaks the bank on actions minutes.
