Overview

This repository provides final pipeline code for MRI Analyzer, the capstone project for the co-authors' Master of Information and Data Science (MIDS) program at the University of California, Berkeley.

MRI Analyzer provides an end-to-end pipeline capable of taking a variety of patient medical information and providing a prostate cancer diagnosis. This product offers flexibility to patients who only have a partial data record available, qualifies its predictions with uncertainty estimates at each step, and matches in-practice metrics of cancer diagnosis. With this, accuracy and speed improvements can be achieved over current practice while still maintaining usefulness in a variety of healthcare scenarios.

For a general overview of results, see the website at https://aidan-jackson-data.github.io/MRI-Analyzer/ or the file Final_Presentation.pdf.
