A starting point for building graphs with Cytoscape.js during the MozFest 2015 open science session

Instructions

1. Clone the repo or download the ZIP file of the repo on the right. If you're feeling adventurous, fork the repo so you can share your results with others.
2. Open index.html in your browser. You can just drag the file into Firefox.
3. Open -edit-me.js in your favourite text editor. If you don't know what to use, give Atom a try.
4. Hack away at the file. It has examples to help get you started. If you have any questions or would like some help, feel free to ask!
