Please describe your proposed Pull Request and it's impact.
This pull request purpose is to add support for I-SYST boards follow:
BLYST-NANO-DK : BLYST NANO module DevKit board (nRF52832 based) with onboard CMSIS-DAP
IBK-BLYST-NANO : BLYST NANO module breakout board (nRF52832 based)
IBK-NRF52840 : BLYST840 module breakout board (nRF52840 based)
