Electronics Technician (IFPB) | Computer Engineering Student (UFPB)
Developer with a technical degree in Electronics and currently in the 2nd semester of Computer Engineering at the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB). My primary technical interest and academic focus lie at the intersection of embedded systems, robotics, digital signal processing, and machine learning, oriented toward research in Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI).
- Embedded Systems: Firmware development, integration of analog/digital sensors, and microcontrollers.
- Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI): Acquisition, processing, and analysis of neural activity.
- Digital Signal Processing (DSP): Filtering and interpretation of biomedical signals and sensor data streams.
- Machine Learning: Pattern classification for embedded systems and edge computing applications.
- Description: A wearable embedded system developed to translate hand configurations of Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) into text. The system utilizes optical finger flex sensors coupled with an MPU6050 Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) for kinematic gesture capture and signal processing.
- Technologies: C++, MPU6050 IMU, Electronics, ESP32.
- Description: An automation and feed curation tool integrated with the Newsboat RSS reader. The software performs content filtering and generates automated daily summaries using the Google Gemini Language Model API.
- Technologies: Python, Google Gemini API, Newsboat.
