This is an application created for a mock "zoo" holding and serving data about the zoo's animals and their employees. This application was created for the intention of easily tracking animal species and employee data for years to come.
Zookeeper was designed with ease in mind of allowing employees in a zoo to track information about their animals and employees in one simple application. Not only can employees view previous data but they can also input new data as necessary. This application is deployed using heroku and it's server was created using Express.js.
The data sets for this application are currently held within this project but future development will integrate them into Mongodb.
Remember to install all necessary packages if you'd like to understand how this project was developed.
- This application contains three seperate views, the first is the homepage where animals and zookeepers can be added by the user via the client.
- The second and third views are where all previous animal and zookeeper data can be seen and retrieved.
- Users can specify certain queries and parameters in order to search for any specific information they may need.
