A bug was found when a
Modulecontaining routethru cells (Cell.isRouteThru()==true) is used to instantiate aModuleInst. The cells were being placed into the cell map of the design which is incorrect behavior for routethru cells. In RapidWright, routethru cells have the same name as the target cell of the routethru and thus they are only stored on theSiteInst(which has a map keyed by BEL name).This is a test for an upcoming change that will resolve this behavior.
