Running

1. Deal with SSL - project expects localhost.ssl to be resolved onto localhost
2. Start server in first TTY:

   $ ./bin/run

3. Run clients in second TTY:

   iex> ExHttpBench.Client.%YOUR_CLIENT_NAME%
