Moving all code in Jabberwocky.Glass.Autofac.Mvc that does not have an explicit dependency on Autofac to Jabberwocky.Glass.Mvc. This allows for Helix-based Feature modules to take advantage of
GlassViewModelwithout being tied to an Autofac dependency.
