New Features added:

• Parallel processing of the card creation and other tasks
• Preview of the cards in the "Manage Fields" dialog
• Configuration dialog for CSV and parallel processing
• Bold and italic text is now supported by adding <b></b> and <i></i>
• Some tasks are non parallel (Saving and postprocessing, others may be added later)
