adding codes and responses to questions regarding assignment 1.

Practicing learning materials while thinking about efficiency of the code.

Was there another approach you were thinking about making? If so, what approach(es) were you thinking of?

Yes. Using BFS instead of DFS.

Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?

keeping track of depth of the tree was a challenge. I used BFS to help on that.

How were these changes tested?

using inputs with different conditions and checking if they have the correct results or not..
