Context

Within this paragraph we are describing the problem we are trying to resolve. It explains the forces at play (technical, political, social, etc)

Describe the context and problem statement, e.g., in free form using two to three sentences. You may want to articulate the problem in form of a question.

Candidates

Within this paragraph we list all candidates which are evaluated as potential solutions.

List all candidates and related options; what are we evaluating as potential solutions?

Decision

Within this paragraph we list the chosen option and its justification.

Describe proposed/chosen option and justify why the option was chosen

Consequences

Describe what becomes easier or more difficult to do because of this change?
