MOVES4.0.2 is a patch to MOVES4. In general, it contains various bug fixes originally made for MOVES5. These updates do not substantially change onroad criteria pollutant emission rates in MOVES4 at the County or Project scales, and it is not considered a new model for state implementation plan (SIP) and transportation conformity regulatory purposes.

MOVES4.0.2 includes the following updates:

• Fix for "Missing emissions for CNG long-haul combination trucks" (#67)
• Fix for "Incorrect start emissions when providing start activity for only one day type" (#70)
• Improved error checking for LinkIDs with negative or 0 values at Project Scale (#72)
• Fix for "Incorrect hotelling emissions when running on Linux" (#81)
• Fix for "Incorrect hotelling emissions in MOVES4 when providing HotellingHoursPerDay input and not all months are selected" (#83)
• Backport all Summary Reporter changes made for MOVES5 (including #68 and #73)
• Fix for "Data too long" error when running the Nonroad NEI QA script
• Add MOVES version number to window titles
• Backport improvements to Project Scale performance made for MOVES5
• Upgrade ANT to 1.10.15
