Added comprehensive guidelines for the use of code generation tools at the UK Hydrographic Office. The policy includes sections on purpose, scope, data security, intellectual property, legal compliance, code quality, training, operational integration, risk management, and transparency. Expanded the Licensing Compatibility section to stress the use of vetted and appropriately licensed tooling for UKHO codebases. Corrected a typographical error in "organization's" for proper grammar.
